A great little pub to go to!

点评：It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience the first time I went there. I loved it, and still love it- the cakes are excellent, the service great, the drinks lovely, and the atmosphere is so iconic and cosy it made me remember how good pubs used to be, despite its size. I fully recommend it, plus, dogs are permitted to come. I live near it so I can use its sweet little shop and the cafe and pub as often as I want to, especially after a long or wet dog walk, so it is in a handy location. The wait time is short, and the prices isn't super cheap, but it is always good to support a local business. It's a treat, and the quality is good. As the pub doesn't have a license for hot food, food vans are outside on two days a week and are usually delicious. However, the other day there was some disruptive building work, but it has stopped now and has made the Rooms more beautiful. I repeat, I fully recommend the Refreshment Rooms.
