Son Alegre is, without a doubt, one of those places that stays in your heart forever.
From the moment you arrive, you realize that you are not simply visiting a winery. You are experiencing something much deeper: a human experience, a connection with nature, and a beautiful reflection on life itself.
Miguel, the owner, personally guides the tour and passionately explains the entire process behind his incredible organic wine. But honestly, what impressed me the most was not only learning how this exceptional wine is made… it was hearing his philosophy about life.
Throughout the tour, Miguel invites you to reflect on things that we sometimes forget in our busy lives: the importance of empathy, caring for nature, respecting it, and loving the world around us. His words give the entire experience a much deeper meaning.
But there was something else that truly touched me: the way Miguel treats his employees. It doesn’t feel like a typical relationship between an owner and workers. It feels like a family. Seeing his employees happy, respected, appreciated, and genuinely valued says so much about him and about the values behind this beautiful place.
And now, let’s talk about the wine… because it is absolutely SPECTACULAR!
I can honestly say that this is one of the most delicious wines I have ever tasted. There is something incredibly special, authentic, and natural about it. As someone who suffers from migraines, I was also personally very happy that this wine did not cause me any discomfort—although, of course, everyone’s experience can be different.
Son Alegre is not simply a place to drink wine. It is a place to feel, learn, reflect, and reconnect—with nature, with people, and perhaps even with yourself.
If you are visiting Mallorca, this is an experience that absolutely nobody should miss.
