点评：This course has come a long way over the last 5 years. I have always liked the layout out of this course but the condition of the place was shakey at best. It is still a little pricy for what you get as the front nine greens had a lot of crab grass and were very difficult to putt. However the new owner has put a lot of money into the place and it shows. Fairwas are much dryer than they used to be and play very nice. The area around the greens are also greatly improved and actually have grass now . The sand traps are also dry and playing well. The greens on the entire back side are all new. They are big with nice undulations and putt very nicely. I really only have a couple complaints about the place for the money. The facility locker room is kind of grungy and old, the condition of the greens on the front side and one really stupid green on the back side. For some crazy reason there is a sand trap in the middle of the green. He must have seen it on the PGA tour and thought it cool but it is really stupid the way they did it. One, you are not allowed to chip on the greens here so you cannot chip over it . Two, everything slopes drastically away from the trap to the outer edges of the green so it is impossible to putt anywhere near the flag if you have to putt around the trap. Three, This is not a PGA quality course with PGA players. You should not be penalized with a 3 or 4 putt for landing a ball 15 feet from the pin. Other than that I expect when the greens are all re- done on the front side (was told this is scheduled for next summer) and the club house remodeling is complete it will be one if the nicer courses in the area.
