点评:We had the good fortune of booking this excellent cooking class. Virginia communicated very promptly and clearly with us beforehand. She is a delightful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional person. Her knowledge of pasta making is, in our opinion, second to none. We were picked up in Parma were driven to her home in the outskirts where she lives with her very sweet mother. Upon arriving we got to work. We made two types of dough, one for tagliatelle and the other for ravioli. Virginia was very patient and made sure we learned the process of properly kneading the dough and properly stuffing the ravioli. The meal consisted of a delicious cheese appetizer, tagliatelle in a tomato sauce and ravioli in a butter sauce. This delicious meal was accompanied by a very good local Italian wine and ended with a great tiramisu. We highly recommend this class. We learned, we enjoyed and we ate until we were very full. Can’t wait to try this at home upon our return. Don’t miss this class!
