点评：AVOID AVOID AVOID
This was by far one of the most disappointing beach clubs we visited in Ksamil.
1. Unprofessional, rude and money-focused staff
We paid 4,000 LEK for a single umbrella, yet the service was terrible. The staff were rude, untrained and seemed interested only in taking your money. There was no warmth, no hospitality and no customer care.
2. Poor organisation
I had reserved an umbrella in advance, but when we arrived there wasn’t even an umbrella set up. It was difficult to find anyone to help us, and when I asked, each member of staff simply passed us on to someone else. We waited around 15 minutes in the hot sun with young children, while nobody took responsibility.
What frustrated me most was that one of the staff wanted payment before they had even provided the umbrella we had booked.
3. Terrible customer service
We ordered iced lattes at 400 LEK each, which would have been fine if the service matched the price. Instead, every interaction felt cold and uninterested. The only thing the staff seemed concerned about was collecting payment.
4. Families are not welcome
The worst part of the experience was when I went back to my car to get my baby’s milk and car seat. I was actually shouted at, chased down and told I wasn’t allowed to bring them onto the beach.
That is completely unreasonable. If you have children, or simply want to bring your own bottle of water or essential items, be prepared to be stopped and told you can’t.
5. Overall
The beach itself was crowded, with artificial sand rather than a natural beach. The restaurant was decent, although expensive for what it offered. However, no food or scenery can make up for such poor customer service.
There are plenty of beautiful beaches around Ksamil where you’ll be welcomed and treated with respect. Unfortunately, this isn’t one of them.
I would not return and cannot recommend Arameras Beach to anyone, especially families with young children.

我事先已经预订好了遮阳伞，可当我们到达时，根本连一把伞都没准备好。很难找到人来帮助我们，每当我求助时，每位工作人员都只是把我们推给别人。我们带着年幼的孩子在烈日下等了大约15分钟，却没有人愿意承担责任。
最让我沮丧的是，其中一名工作人员甚至在我们还未拿到所预订的雨伞之前，就要求我们付款。
3. 糟糕的客户服务
我们点了两杯冰拿铁，每杯售价400列克。如果服务质量能配得上这个价格倒也罢了。可事实并非如此。每一次互动都显得冷漠且毫无热情。工作人员似乎只关心收取费用而已。
4. 不欢迎带孩子的家庭
这次经历中最糟糕的时刻，就是当我回到车里去拿宝宝的奶粉和汽车安全座椅时。我居然被大声呵斥，还被追赶，甚至被告知不允许把这些东西带上海滩。
这完全不合情理。如果你有孩子，或者只是想自带一瓶水或其他必需品的话……要做好被拦下并被告知“不允许进入”的心理准备。

海滩上人头攒动，不过这里的沙子是人造的，并非天然沙滩。餐厅还算不错，但就其提供的餐食而言价格偏贵。然而，再美味的食物或再美的风景也弥补不了如此糟糕的服务质量。
在克萨米尔周边有很多美丽的海滩，在那里你会受到热情接待与尊重。遗憾的是，这里并不属于其中之一。
我不会再光顾此地，也绝对不会向任何人推荐阿拉梅拉斯海滩。尤其是有小孩的家庭。
