点评：Scorpion in the room , horrible service and the worst staff I ever met!
I booked a three night stay at Arameras resort, Ksamil with my family. We planned to celebrate my daughter’s 12 birthday. First night we really enjoy the place with a beautiful view. Second day in the morning my sister (she is an adult) was stung by a scorpion inside the room. That was a shocking moment as I had 3 children with me 12, 8 years and the smallest 7months. I was devastated as I didn’t know what to do , my sister run to the reception nobody offered to help just they called a taxi and let her go alone in the hospital. Next few hours after my sister got the injection in the hospital, I went to the reception and I asked to leave the resort and to they refund my money for the next 2 nights as I was scared to sleep over there with my three kids and especially the 7 months old baby .
The girl on the reception was very rude and disrespectful, I asked to speak to the manager, they prohibited! Finally one guy in the reception said I will give your number to the manager and he will call you shortly. I received the call from the manager called Edi and he told me he was very sorry for what happened and he will refund my money . Is been 1 month now and he is just ignoring my sms and phone calls.
