点评：⭐ 1-Star Review — Very Disappointing Gold Panning Experience
I was really looking forward to trying gold panning in Skagway, Alaska, and unfortunately the experience did not live up to what I expected for the price we paid.
The biggest disappointment was the actual gold-panning portion. While I was working with my pan and trying to finish the process myself, the woman who was supposed to be helping me took my pan and poured everything out before I had the opportunity to properly finish and see what I had found. As a result, I was left with nothing to show for the experience.
For me, the whole point of paying for a gold-panning experience is to actually participate, learn how to pan, and have the opportunity to see what you found at the end. Having my pan taken away and the contents poured out completely took that experience away from me.
Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I would not pay to do this activity again. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes sure guests are given enough time and proper assistance to actually complete their gold-panning experience themselves.
