点评：Hands down the highlight of our day, what an absolute hidden gem this was for us to stumble across! As two sci-fi/fantasy nerds, we couldn't believe our luck. We had a very warm welcome from Anthony (such a lovely chap!) who we had the pleasure of chatting with both on the way in and on the way out; it's not hard to tell that Creaturama is his passion and that warmth for his craft shone through the entire exhibit - so good we wandered around it a few times!
The sculptures were fascinating, the displays were informative, the music was ethereal and fun! In a world full of technology and computer-generated things, it felt really grounding and immersive to see handmade creatures with hours of attention poured into them.
The gift shop was lovely, there were some really beautiful prints and pieces of original art, books, figures, and other little bits and bobs. We came home with a print and a cute little Halloween Wubble, who is going to guard our bookshelf.
Definitely worth a visit!
