点评：5 stars is not nearly enough, this place was nothing short of amazing, the wine was fantastic, the tour was informative and interesting but even more than that, the host was incredible. We were greeted by Jean Louis, the owner, he had opened for us on Sunday since it was the only day we had available to visit, which was already so accommodating. As soon as we arrived it felt like we were being welcomed into a friend or family members home. After the tour, we were treated with some fantastic bites (all local products) and great wine. The wine, what is there to say, this place is truly a hidden gem and can compete with any other producer in the region, we would choose a favorite but they were all fantastic. Overall, we left there discovering great wine and an even better person behind it, this was truly a memorable experience that we will never forget.
