The boat was in excellent condition, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed for an incredible week cruising the British Virgin Islands. The check-in and orientation process was thorough and professional, which made us feel confident and prepared before leaving the dock.
What really set Virgin Charter Yachts apart was their outstanding customer service. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure our trip went smoothly. They were responsive, organized, and available whenever we had questions.
We chartered Tidewater a MY44 Power Catamaran, and it performed flawlessly throughout our trip. Exploring destinations like The Baths, Jost Van Dyke, and Anegada was an unforgettable experience.
