Xtreme Adventures Panama的点评
点评：I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Xtreme Adventures Panama at Playa Blanca Resort. What was supposed to be a fun family activity turned into a traumatic experience that completely ruined our vacation. My siblings and I went on the banana boat ride. The first two times we fell into the water, everything was normal. On the third run, however, the jet ski operator was driving at what felt like an excessive speed and made a very sharp turn, throwing all three of us into the water with tremendous force. My sister was seriously injured. Her upper eyelid was split open and bleeding, her nose and the inside of her mouth were badly bruised, and she had to be rushed to the hospital, where she received four stitches. She could barely open her eye afterward, and instead of enjoying the rest of our vacation, she spent it in pain and recovering from an injury that should never have happened.
What upset us even more was how the situation was handled. While they offered to take her to the hospital, we felt there was very little empathy, concern, or accountability from the staff. We were left feeling like we had to deal with everything ourselves, including the medical expenses. After such a serious accident, we expected the company to take more responsibility and show genuine care for our family’s well-being.
We have ridden banana boats in other countries before, including Jamaica, and have never experienced anything this dangerous. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had on a water attraction.
I sincerely hope Xtreme Adventures Panama reviews its safety procedures and trains its staff to respond more professionally when guests are injured. No family’s vacation should end with a hospital visit and four stitches.
We cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
