点评：Absolutely Not Worth It – Poor Communication and Zero Support
Our visit to Auschwitz was unfortunately very disappointing due to the poor organization of this tour. We experienced a 30-minute delay that pushed our schedule back, and although they issued us free tickets about 20 minutes before the Auschwitz Museum closed, no one informed us that the museum actually closes at 2 PM. They simply suggested starting at the museum and then visiting Birkenau, but with a waiting time of over 1.5 hours before entering, we decided to begin with Birkenau so we wouldn’t waste time.
When we later told the driver that we never managed to see the museum, his response was, “Why didn’t you start there?” We explained politely that he never told us the museum closed shortly after receiving the tickets. He said nothing in return.
We asked for a refund or at least to reschedule for Sunday, our only available day. He gave us a phone number and instructed us to call at a specific time. We followed his instructions exactly, waited on the line for 20 minutes, and when someone finally picked up, we received no help at all. In the end, €40 were completely wasted—even though the entrance to the museum is free.
You can easily go on your own by train for around €3 and book your (non-guided) museum entry for free directly through the official website. Paying €40 just for transportation is simply not worth it. You also don’t get enough time: we spent 1.5 hours at Birkenau alone, and even that was barely sufficient.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend visiting on your own rather than trusting this company.
