Bits of train circuit are missing - still worth doing.

点评：We decided to do the Circumetnea clockwise, but discovered that the only part that is still running is from Licodia Sud to Randazzo. The attached photo gives the details of times but here is what you need to do:
1. Take the Catania Metro as far as Nesima.
2. Catch the replacement coach from the road just below the station in Nessima, We did not already have tickets, but the bus driver took us to Paterno, where he waited while we bought tickets, then on to Licodia.
3. Train from Licodia up to Randazzo - great trip, landscape almost moonlike in places.
4. Bus from Randazzo to Giarre, where it dropped us at the main train station - I don't know where you catch the bus if you are going the other direction, but I'm guessing the Circumetnea station.
Track seems to be taken up all the way from Borgo to Licodia Sud - possibly to be replaced by the Metro.
I don't know why there are buses on the Randazzo-Giarre part of the route or how long that will be for.
