点评：What do you do when in Alaska? Go Whale watching! The Juneau Tours & Whale Watch company was a great company to spend a few hours on the water with. The captain, "T" was friendly and came out to visit with everyone. Our tour guide, Lukas, was very knowledgeable and funny giving us lots of great information and whale facts. His brother, Noah, was a great addition to the team and helped keep everything running smoothly. We were offered granola bars and fruit snacks during the tour. We saw probably 5 to maybe seven whales, unfortunately none of them came anywhere near our boat. Still, it was exciting to see them surface and them dive down showing their tale as they descending into the deep for around 8-10 minutes before surfacing again. Along with the whales, we enjoyed a stop to see Sea Lions frolicking on a buoy all competing for space. I would have liked to have seen the whales at a much closer distance was a bit disappointing, but at least we did see some and it was a good day with no rain. The mountains and scenery were incredible. We stopped to take in a view of the Mendenhall Glacier, just stunning. I would recommend going on a tour with this company.
