Good laser tag but disappointing karting

点评：We visited last week and while the laser tag was really good, the karting side was very poorly organised. We had to wait around an hour after our booked time for karting before actually getting onto the track.
I appreciate the staff were dealing with some seemingly difficult customers at the time, but there was very little communication with the rest of us. We were essentially left standing around waiting without knowing what was happening or how long we would be waiting. On one of our round of karts the staff then forgot to adjust our seat positions which is a bit worrying about what other safety features can be easily forgotten. Another disappointment was the lack of any diet/zero-sugar drinks.
Overall, the laser tag was enjoyable and well run, but the poor organisation and lack of communication around the karting really affected the experience. Hopefully this is something they can improve as time goes on, as the venue itself has a lot of potential.
