A Picturesque Harbour Town Full of Charm

点评：We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Fowey. It’s a beautiful Cornish harbour town with plenty of character and some stunning views.
We loved walking down into the village, wandering through the narrow streets and browsing the independent shops. There was such a lovely atmosphere, and every corner seemed to reveal another picturesque view.
The harbour itself was beautiful, with boats of all sizes coming and going. One enormous yacht in particular caught our attention. The driver of the shuttle bus back up to the car park told us it belonged to the CEO of Disney. Whether that’s true or not, it certainly was an impressive-looking vessel!
We also couldn’t leave without trying a traditional Cornish pasty. We picked ours up from Nile’s Bakery, and they were absolutely enormous. Honestly, they were the best Cornish pasties we’ve ever had and are well worth seeking out if you’re visiting Fowey.
Overall, Fowey is a wonderful place to explore. The combination of beautiful scenery, charming streets, fantastic local food and the bustling harbour makes it somewhere we’d happily visit again.
