I was really looking forward to watching the Club World Cup final here, but I left with a headache after five minutes. Management decided to leave the lights on. This, combined with the crap DAZN broadcast quality, made the game literally unwatchable. You could not see the screen due to glare.
I don't understand why management couldn't take five minutes to watch and see what the customer experience will be like before they start showing the $20/ticket game. Or even after it starts. It wouldn't be that hard!
The first person I asked about the lights said, "Uh...I'm not your server. You need to hit your button." My own server, when he arrived, was apologetic, but said he couldn't do anything, so I left.
I got a refund for the ticket from two grumpy employees, but not for the crap, flavorless, overpriced popcorn I left behind, and I missed the rest of the first half driving home.
0 stars, would not recommend. Watch at home!!
