Fascinating but could use operational improvements!
那不勒斯地下之旅的点评
点评：While the tour itself is fascinating, the overall experience could be significantly improved with a few adjustments to the operations:
Tickets are currently available online only. This is a major hurdle for anyone without a reliable data connection. It would be much more accessible if the site accepted cash or on-site card payments.
Our group was far too large and had to be slit into two groups which resulted still in over 55 people.
It was difficult to hear as at times there were 2 groups in the same area. Even when other groups weren't nearby, the guide was difficult to hear. The guide did instruct us not to speak, this is difficult as there were many people in the English tour who needed to translate to their party.
I thought the tour felt incredibly rushed; when we went into the tight paths (which was pretty neat) we were instructed to keep moving and not stop, even in the larger, more impressive caverns where the guide could have gathered everyone and explained but we basically just ran through the right & pitch black caves (we were instructed to use our cellphones as flashlights).
As I said it was good to see but be prepared.
