点评：My phone stolen inside the Chelsea Zara shop,when i asked check the cctv security and all the manager they just useless and not helpful at all.They just keep said go to police office.I asked phone to call police they didnt give any phone to call and they refused to call police.They were extremely rude.How they can be so bad this kind of situation i was already shocked there and nobody tried to help me.They just tried to kick me out of the store.Inside the store i heart almost every week they stollen phone in the same store and noone taken action.Managers and security were exremely rude and they kicked me out from the store without any help.They had to fill up the form at least phone stolen inside the store,they didnt take any action instead of this they tried to hide and refused to call police.Customers said almost every week in the same store phone stolen and zara managers and security not reporting .They just try to hide .They were unprofessional and they dont know they dont have any empathy.Someones phone stolen and person crying and manager saying go to police station we cant call the police. I did complain to the head office hopefully they can take an action,I already told police you didnt report it and you refused to report it and they are look like hiding something.
