wonderful place to spend a relaxed afternoon while walking around Princeton University.

点评：Visited Princeton University Art Museum during a rainy day in Princeton, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best parts of our day-trip. Since it was raining outside most of the day, we ended up spending much more time inside the museum than we originally planned — and we really enjoyed every moment of it.
My wife is a big fan of museums and art galleries, so this place was already on her wishlist. The museum has a really nice mix of modern and classic art, and the exhibits are thoughtfully organized. Even if you are not deeply into art, the place still feels welcoming and easy to explore at your own pace.
One of the highlights for us was seeing the Monet paintings in person. There’s something special about seeing such artwork up close that photos can never fully capture. We found ourselves quietly spending time in a few sections just appreciating the details and atmosphere.
The building itself is beautiful, modern, and very peaceful inside. The calm ambience, soft lighting, and open spaces made it a perfect escape from the gloomy weather outside. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the visit.
They also have a really nice gift shop with creative souvenirs, art books, and unique items worth checking out before leaving. Small things like clean restrooms, organized galleries, and comfortable seating areas also made the overall experience feel very well maintained and visitor-friendly.
