Embarrassing and disappointing experience

点评：We had booked tickets in advance for a group of 13 and were really looking forward to visiting the waterpark, but unfortunately the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
After arriving, we queued for around 30 minutes, only to then be pulled out of the line by security. We were told we would need to be breathalysed before being allowed entry. This came as a complete surprise, as there was no mention of this requirement anywhere when booking or prior to arrival. It felt especially unreasonable given that there is a bar inside the park itself.
None of us were behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate way, and it honestly felt like we were singled out simply because we were a large group of men. The situation was embarrassing and frustrating, particularly after already waiting in line.
We were then told that if we wanted a refund, we would have to follow up by email. This is particularly frustrating given the amount of money spent—not just on tickets for 13 people, but also €120 on taxis to and from the park.
Overall, the way we were treated was very disappointing and has completely put us off returning. I would strongly recommend that the park makes its entry policies clear in advance and ensures guests are treated fairly and consistently.
