点评:Ordered a t shirt online from the store and nearly a week later no response just a confirmation email. so I called the store this morning. The woman refunded me even when I asked not to and ended the call! I got a voice mail saying they had issued a refund.
I am really not happy with the service I received this morning viva telephone with your staff.
I did NOT ask for a refund under any circumstance! I pacifically said NO to coming into store because I would have to pay TWICE until my refund is sent!
This is very unprofessional of your staff to issue a refund when I never asked for a refund. and if it wasn’t for the fact that my daughter has autism and is obsessed with Leicester city football team I would most definitely NOT be shopping in your stores ever again!
I have been battling with my daughter all week over this t shirt and trying to explain to a child that doesn’t understand and has no concept of time is extremely hard as it is.
The lack of understanding and professionalism from your sales team is mortifying and absolutely despicable.
I would highly recommend your sale team undertake a customer service refreshers course of some sort the way she handled the situation was just disgusting and spiteful.
