点评：We saw a TikTok of the Red Cow Farm Garden and it looked spectacular, so we had to visit this place. It is a private home and garden, it’s not a public park, therefore no bathroom facilities available and not a place where you can have a picnic – just take in the beauty, while browsing the garden. There’s free parking available and entrance is at the front of the house and the owner is seated at the front on the porch, where you pay your entry fee. In exchange, the gentleman handed us a map of the garden and explained how to best navigate around the garden. The weather has been pretty harsh lately but we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful mix of flowers and the trees that burst with life – obviously, it is due to their hard labour and continuous maintenance. We loved the Willow tree, standing tall but hanging over the pond gracefully, its leaves shimmering – we definitely took several photos there. There are seats randomly placed around the garden, if you want to take a break and breathe in the beauty. There are plenty of photo opportunities throughout the garden… flowers, trees, pond, pathways and sculptures. Visit their website, well laid out and informs you what flowers are in bloom in whichever season you decide to visit the place. The experience was calming and serene, only a few visitors there and you could easily spend an hour strolling around and smelling the beautiful fragrances of the flowers, that connects you with nature. They do have a gift shop but we didn’t go inside to see what they were selling. Definitely a hidden gem of the Southern Highlands and worth your time.
