Hiking **** was one of the highlights of our trip! We chose the steeper, shorter path on the way up — definitely a workout, but totally worth it for the stunning panoramic views at the top. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping views of the lagoon and lush green mountains that make every step worthwhile.
On the way down, we took the longer, less steep route, which was perfect for soaking in the beauty at a more relaxed pace. It felt like the best of both worlds — a good challenge going up and an enjoyable cruise coming down.
Admission is only 200 XPF, which is incredible value — especially since you’re treated to a fresh fruit plate at the end! And don’t even get me started on the “magic smoothie” — it is to die for. So refreshing after the hike and the perfect reward.
There’s also a cute little shop at the entrance where you can grab souvenirs, which adds to the charm of the whole experience. If you’re in Moorea, this hike is an absolute must-do! 🌿🥭✨
