点评:We enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo. We went to the beach every day which was a short walk from our Airbnb. It was a very busy beach in February. Lots of activities from walkers, runners, people of all ages taking surfing lessons and having massages from the many massage offerings at this beach. I had 2 great massages in front of the Tamarindo Diria. The ladies with the white sheets and white skirts. There are constant visits from venders selling rash shirts, Costa Rican themed whistles, drinks, coconuts, hats, wood bowls and decorative mini surf board wood art pieces. We had the pineapple filled pina colados with hanging pineapple and watermelons. $30 usd for 2 of them. It’s worth to have them at least one time. So lots of vendors all the time. There were also tour companies selling their tours and surf lessons everywhere. We even got to know a few of the venders and found out a bit about their lives. if you are looking for a peaceful beach, with no one around then this is not the place for you, but if you’re looking for a beach with lots of activity and beautiful sunsets, and restaurants and nearby stores then you will enjoy it here. We were looking for a lively beach town and that is what we found.
