点评:The castle itself is beautiful, but my experience at the entrance today 10/11/25 (around 1:30 PM) was unpleasant. A young male staff member with dark hair who was managing entry spoke to me in a rude, sarcastic tone with a straight face, saying “Sir, it’s 1.26 now not 1.30.” Just the way it was said felt demeaning, unnecessary and dismissive. Even without a smile, a polite tone would have made all the difference. I also noticed him speaking similarly to few other visitors. It seems like many visitors were not given clear information when exactly we can enter at the entry gate, so some were queueing and trying to scan their tickets.. it was a mess really. When I purchased the ticket prior at the counter, the staff did not give me specific instructions that I had to wait till the exact certain timing to enter. I hope Management provides some customer-service training — visitors come here excited (for many of us its once in a lifetime!), and a kind welcome makes a big difference (or just don’t be rude please).
