点评：Tickets can be purchased at the ground level, and the ticket agent let us know that we would be climbing between 60 and 100 stairs to reach the elevator which takes you up to the observation level. That level is mostly on a narrow outdoor walkway where it is difficult to pass by anyone so hopefully everyone takes their photos and continues moving. We visited in the mid afternoon and were one of the only ones at the top so didn’t feel rushed at all. The views are great, and you can either take the elevator back down or most people choose to walk the narrow circular staircases down (not for people with a fear of heights). Each of the 4 levels has exhibits to see and informational signs posted in Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish. We took our time and read most of them to learn lots of history about the tower and how the equipment worked.
