Nice Experience, good selection, and a pleasant people.

点评：This was our first time in Majestic, we were taking a cruise on the Xcel in April 2026. Charlie and JB were pleasant and very nice to deal with, and the store has an excellent selection. My wife thought we were going in for just a diamond ring, but I had other plans. They helped us pick out a nice diamond ring that was two smaller diamonds in a nice setting. We then looked at pendants and matched one to the ring. We asked to put those on hold, no deposit, until we came back later in the day, as this was our first stop getting off the ship. Upon our return we looked at what we had selected, and I announced that I was getting out for 50% less than I had planned on spending. Knowing, of course, this would get an immediate response from my wife and of course Charlie & JB. So, we then started to look at bangles and matching earrings. I wanted to make sure she got more, as I never really bought her much jewelry and she is not a fan of big single diamond rings. Well, she ended up getting the bangle and matching earrings. Charlie and JB were very helpful in showing my wife what she was interested in and did not push any other items. They made suggestions and showed us some other items, but we my wife indicated she was not interested; they immediately dropped it and went onto something else. They were interested in getting her what she wanted and weren’t pushy in the least. We plan to go back and get more items on our future trips. Oh, we found out about Majestic through our friends, were on the trip with us and purchasing others items also, and have been purchasing items from Majesty Jewelers or years, dong many trade ins to “upgrade”, so they came highly recommended! Thanks JB and Charlie for a pleasant experience, even though my back account is a little lighter now!
