You are a very interesting company! During our morning visit to your boat, we found a written notice stating that bookings for your tours at 2 pm and 4 pm could be made by email. Which is what I did (see below). We were back at the boat about 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time (1.45 pm). Even then, we had a bad feeling about it. When nothing happened three minutes before the scheduled departure, I saw a man inside the boat. I went in. He was quite surprised to see me. He told me that the boat had been reserved for a group and would be leaving at 2.30 pm for that private party. The scheduled departure at 4.00 pm would not be taking place either. This really annoys me! No reply to my booking email! No mention on your website about the cancellations. Is this how you treat trusting tourists here?
