Well worth a visit for a tour
Denbies Wine Estate Ltd的点评
点评：First time to visit here after having been given a voucher for a wine tasting with lunch tour and I was quite impressed.
The estate is quite large and covers quite a few acres which you can visit with the help of the land trains which run from the main building complex. The main building contains a sizeable cafe and shop and the Gallery Restaurant (that has its own Trip Advisor restaurant listing). Then separate round the back Is Denbies Vineyard hotel and restaurant, which again has its own trip advisor listing under hotels.
We were here for a tasting tour and lunch in the Gallery Restaurant, and the tasting tour was very good. Lots of information on the history of Denbies and on the wine making differences and process in England, and obviously tasters of five of their current wines. We had not long recently returned from touring a wine region abroad and we got much more information on the wine process from this tour.
The lunch in the Gallery Restaurant was also very good, but I will review that under the correct trip advisor listing under restaurants
