点评：My wife and I wanted a perfect dive experience for what was likely to be our one and only trip to the Galapagos Islands, and that’s what we got with Scuba Iguana. Max of 12 divers on the boat. No more than 5 divers per guide. We paid extra for a private guide...Javier. We only had about 25 dives experience, and are 66 & 65 Years old. We scheduled 3 dive days, 6 dives total at Bartolome, Cousins Rocks, Mosquera Islet South, Daphne Minor, Punta Carrion, and Gordon Rocks. The evening before 1st dive day you get fitted for your gear, and they move all the gear to the boat for you, you just show up in the morning and they take care of everything.
The crew explained everything about the dive plan for each dive. Nice to have the boat come to us after surfacing (like a drift dive) and really great that they take all your gear off in the water (weight belt, BCD, and fins) before you climb the ladder into the boat. They also help everyone get into and out of their skins and booties. A snack of fruit and cake served between first & second dive. After 2nd dive, ride back with a meal...which was very tasty. Just before getting back from first dive day, we came across a large pod of dolphins and the boat captain did doughnuts in the water to play with diving and jumping dolphins so everyone could get pics & vids.
Javier was a great dive guide. He was careful to monitor us and point out significant finds. He also took lots of great video which he shared with us at the end of the 3rd dive day. If we get the chance to go back to the Galapagos, we wouldn’t consider any other choice than Scuba Iguana.
