点评：We initially were very happy when we booked into our nice room upstairs at the Holgate Brewhouse. We were told that breakfast was set up in our room and everything seemed fine. However later we noticed there was a problem with the loo which had a leaking inlet valve. My husband reported this to the owner who said he was too busy to fix it and also that he couldn’t change our room. My husband who is very handy said he would turn off the inlet and was offered a drink on the house.( that didn’t happen). A 50th birthday party was being organised but we were assured that we would be able to have dinner in a back dining room. This we had and it was very good. However on returning upstairs we realised that we were directly over the party. The noise was horrendous and went on until after 2am. In the morning there was no evidence that many rooms were occupied so we wondered why we couldn’t have been moved to the back of the Brewhouse.
