点评：During our first ever trip to Cotswolds this week, we visited this traditional butchers shop. We bought steak, sausage meat, cooked sliced meat and cheese. For context, my husband worked, from age 13 until his retirement at 64, for a family butchers in the Midlands. This evolved into him managing their sausage factory development which produced several tons of varying flavours per week. Today having not heard of Beadles previously, we baked Trev Beadle's traditional pork sausage meat into sausage rolls and have to say the taste was up there at the top. We are having the steak today, but I can say on the strength of the sausage flavour and quality, we will be visiting the Cotswolds again purely to visit this wonderful shop again. Long live the traditional butchers, use them or lose them.
