Great tour and tasting - useless instructions by reception

点评：The tour was great and the guide was clear and very knowledgeable. We learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed the tasting (we chose 3 ports). It was definitely helped by there only being 6 of us on the tour especially when we had our tasting as although we had never met before, we got on very well and had a good laugh too. We were a little surprised that our guide left us as soon as he had introduced us to the tasting. I suppose, given that he told us so much, he didn't feel he could impart any more knowledge.
So why only 4*? Because we booked on-line, arrived early and were directed to wait on some seating. When nobody had come near us 10 minutes are our tour was due to start, we asked at reception and were told we should go through to the museum. When we presented our vouchers, we were then told we needed to go back to reception to exchange them for tickets. The result of all this was we didn't have any time in the museum as the tour was starting as we got through the turn styles. They really should be clearer about the process so be warned if you visit.
