Brilliant activities, exceptional safety, and a fantastic team

点评：We took a group of Explorer Scouts to Guernsey for our summer camp this year, and Outdoor Guernsey ran many of the activities for us.
The level of service was truly special. Rarely have I experienced such fantastic support from any organisation.
The instructors running the sessions set the tone straight away. Safety and inclusion were clearly top priorities, but that certainly didn't get in the way of us all having fun. Many of our activities were water based including sea paddleboarding, kayaking, and coasteering. Beyond the standard precautions like buoyancy aids and helmets, the team took the time to check that everyone's kit was properly fitted and comfortable. We had thorough briefings before each session, and any safety reminders were always delivered politely and constructively.
With a large group the confidence levels in the water naturally varied. For every activity, the guides subtly adapted things so less confident among us had alternative options without ever feeling singled out or left behind. We had several of the same guides across the week, and they took the time to learn our Explorers names. That personal touch went a long way in helping everyone relax and enjoy themselves.
The variety of excursions on offer was great, and everything we booked delivered. The coasteering and jumbo paddleboards were definite standouts, as was the kayaking on Herm. Whenever we had questions during the planning stage, our main contact walked through the logistics with me so we could tailor the sessions to suit our group.
Outdoor Guernsey is a professional, reliable team that knows how to keep people safe while making sure everyone has a brilliant time. I will definitely be booking with them again on my next trip to the island.
