Ancient Corinth (Archaia Korinthos)的点评
点评：Visiting the Korinthos Fortress—better known as Acrocorinth—was one of the highlights of my trip to Greece. The site is enormous and beautifully preserved, offering sweeping views over the Corinthian Gulf, the city below, and the surrounding mountains. Even though the climb to the top is a bit demanding, every step is worth it once you reach the upper level and see the landscape unfold.
What I loved most was the sense of timelessness: layers of history from the ancient Greeks to the Byzantines and Ottomans are all visible in the architecture and fortifications. The site is peaceful, not overly crowded, and perfect for anyone who enjoys photography, history, or simply soaking in breathtaking scenery.
If you’re in the Peloponnese, don’t skip this fortress—its scale, atmosphere, and views are unforgettable.
