Beautiful country park. Needs better food options

点评：We have loved visiting this country park for many years. It is a brilliant place for a walk or for kids to play at the park (recently updated).
£3.50 for half a day parking, £5 for the day. Toilets available, including accessible toilets in the main block.
The reason for not rating full marks is honestly the cafe. It used to be far better so I could excuse a grumpy member of staff. But it’s gone massively downhill to the point of there being nothing really to be able to have for lunch and it’s so short staffed (this isn’t the cafe staff’s fault. They are clearly doing the best they can with what little they have).
We used to come here every week with the kids and I’d be able to have a gluten free bacon roll but the menu has changed so much that I rarely come anymore.
If you do want to visit but want to eat, go around the corner to the old bakery cafe. Fabulous food!
