Interesting exhibitions but extremely unfriendly staff

点评：A lot of work has gone into the relatively small exhibition honoring Wim Wenders. However, the staff on the third floor, mentioned in other reviews, could easily be part of an absurd film scene. The ticket-checking process felt rude. As I was leaving, one staff member shouted at me to return the audio guide to the left, while another insisted it should go on the right. An individual who made the impression of an extremely untidy person followed me, demanding to see my ID and my address, threatening to ban me from the exhibition and to call the police. It became clear that I was not witnessing a masterfully reenacted film scene but rather dealing with someone lacking basic communication skills.
I had to do my best to deescalate the situation. Unfortunately, this experience has definitely and permanently deterred me from returning. No police is needed for that if this is the purpose of this behaviour. But if the purpose is to make the visitors feel like guests, I strongly advise the administration to provide basic communication training for the staff, as it would significantly enhance the visitor experience.
