Not good. Place needs upgrading .not the cleanest garbage everywhere. Very disappointed in the place I own at.

点评：I’m so Disappointed in The Grand Myan. The rooms need so much upgrading nothing seem to work. I could never get ahold of anyone and the concierge was not helpful on anything .ee had an option to upgrade at one point but we were tired and wanted a room after all day flying. I wish we had. Our room the hot plate didn’t work our view was awful and there was paint everywhere. I will not recommend the grand myan to anyone. Its seems they care more about building new places and things then keeping the other places maintained. We have another week here and I’m not really wanting to stay here. The staff have not been overly friendly or helpful.We usually stay at the Westin and I would go stay there if I could it’s cleaner better maintained and staff are willing to help. I will try to post some pics. Normally I don’t care but Vidanta is worse than most. Our fridge also didn’t work right most our meat went sour. The freezer didn’t keep anything frozen. The Dec chairs sagged so bad. There is paint up the bathroom door. There are not enough plugs especially for C pap. If you have 2z. No covers on outlets and they won’t do anything about it I feel like it’s a 2 Star hotel.
