Carlos, Lucia his wife, and Mauricio are the dream team for guiding you on your adventure trip into and around the jungle. From our first conversation with Carlos he was very professional and helpful. He listened carefully to our desires and then crafted the perfect experiences. Amazoonia, the wildlife rescue center was our first stop since it was raining. We had a great time seeing beautiful birds, monkeys, and many other animals being helped to going back to the wild. Onward to paddling on the Napo River…over a few small rapids too. Thanks to Lucia for our delicious mango snack! Our delicious lunch was had at the ferry crossing restaurant. And then!! We landed on a rock shore and entered a private entrance into the jungle. Every tree and sound was better than the last…Mauricio held my hand as we crossed the mud and water crossings. Our best adventure ever!! They were highly adept at pointing out very interesting points of interest. The sun even came out for the boat trip back to Misahualli. We can’t imagine going out on tour with anyone else! Thank you Runawa Tours and this dream team.
