点评：Contacted Olden Adventures when the troll car plus shuttle was fully booked. Was advised to book the troll cars separately this was 1.45. Olden Adventures advised multiple times that if I booked their 1pm Shuttle Bus it could be combined with the 1.45pm Troll cars. They stated to also leave a note when booking and paying which I did. I confirmed the timings multiple times via email to ensure this would work. Arrived on shuttle bus at 1.50 to find the troll cars had left. They stated this is a common occurrence all summer with Olden Adventures taking money for shuttle buses which do not fit with the timings. We then had to wait 2 hours to return back to the ship wasting a whole afternoon not to mention over £100. Unable to walk to glacier due to elderly family member so had to wait. Very disappointed. Contacted Olden adventures who were very unhelpful bordering on rude and refused even a partial refund from a man called Odd. Very poor customer service. Had they responded differently i would not have felt the need to leave such a review. Be warned and book with P&O direct to ensure that you get what you pay for and will receive a refund etc if you miss port.
