Wonderful time meeting the gorgeous donkeys - highly recommend to everyone

点评：I have recently been following the ‘stories’ of the horrendous suffering and neglect of these little donkeys and yesterday we made our first visit to meet them.
It was a warm, sunny day so the donkeys were all in their field and as Linda took us in we were met by Judith and Donald who remained with us throughout our visit.
All of the donkeys looked relaxed and contented, just grazing and mooching about and seemed unconcerned about visitors. I was particularly glad to see Mary relaxing in the sunshine.
I was impressed by the respect and love that Linda demonstrated toward the donkeys that she knows so well as she introduced us to some who were clearly comfortable interacting with strangers, whilst we left the others undisturbed.
We are so glad that these little donkeys now have a clean, well kept environment where they are receiving the treatment, care - and most importantly - the love that they need to recover and to live safe and happy lives.
It was also lovely seeing the truly free-range hens wandering about with the added bonus of the four tiny chicks.
We really enjoyed our visit and meeting these beautiful, friendly, cheeky little donkeys. We will definitely be going again and would highly recommend it to anyone.
There is no admission fee or even any pressure to make a donation, but we did and will happily continue to support such a worthy cause.
