Good to learn about the building, not about Whiskey

点评：Price was good.
Did the whiskey tour and asked about 4 questions on how whiskey is made and the tour guide didn’t have a clue on any. Weren’t exactly difficult questions. We were assured that he’d get someone from the distillery floor to answer questions and when we got there he’d forgotten.
Your guide themselves was a good story teller, and knew many facts about the history of the building and the history of alcohol in Donegal which were interesting.
Did the tour and got to the tasting, wasn’t given any instructions on how to drink whiskey and just left alone to our devices. Bit of a shame really as the majority of our tour group weren’t Irish and had paid to get the most out of the experience and understand the culture.
