Nice half-day out, but parking prices a bit steep
High Lodge Thetford Forest的点评
点评：We had a nice half-day out at High Lodge in Thetford Forest during the school spring break.
The crazy / adventure golf, which consists of 18 forest themed holes set amongst trees, was good. Whilst you can book the golf online, we did not, but when we arrived there was no queue and we were quickly at the first hole – cost was £6 per person.
There is a café on site (which was busy – partially because not quite warm enough to be sat outside) and a choice of walking trails of which we did one of the shorter ones.
It is the cost of parking that I found off putting - our visit lasted just under 4 hours (£10 parking) if we had stayed just a few minutes longer the parking charge would have been £13 – cost for the how day is £15.50. The cost of parking did put us off a return visit a few days later.
