Do not trust this class, unreliable, and unprofessional

点评：Unreliable and unprofessional customer Service. We had originally booked a class for last Thursday. We were contacted and told that our class was moved to Friday. We still wanted to do the class so we completely changed our schedule around for this with no issues, even though it was a headache to do so. Come to find out Thursday evening, our Friday class was then being canceled due to circumstances that the owner knew about ahead of time, but not give us the proper warning when switching our original class. They were getting work down at the locations and failed to tell us that our class had the possibility of getting canceled completely. This did not give us any time to find a new class and this was something we were looking forward to the most on our trip. We had cancelled a pasta cooking class for the week prior in Florence when we first found about this one. We were left without anything because the unprofessionalism that was displayed when they moved our original booking. If you are a traveler, I would look elsewhere for a class that will be guaranteed and reliable
