点评:Horrible service and management! They are on strike and there is only one boat and they still can correctly manage that! They expect to get paid more for some horrible management! I think we should lower the cost of crossing!
I had to go pick up my 2 year old daughter for 6 oclock! All parents know the consequences of being late to pick up your children late, it was 2 oclock when I showed up and i was late to pick her up!! Because of the traversier od Sorel-Tracy! I showed up early to cross and because they are on strike I understood that I wasn’t able to get on the boat showing up in 30 i had to wait for the next one. Sure, they even advised me and i was fine with that and so I waited 1h30 for the next boat. There were 4 cars left i was the 5th one to enter the next boat. The boat finally arrived and and they started letting the lines that showed up after us and in the endd no place left for us! The staff member said “ah not my problem go online and get your money back “. I said I didn’t have time for that i have to go pick up my daughter for 6!! Now because of them i was late.
I called costumer service and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and to go online. I did. Got an email saying they couldn’t do anything about it either and I wont get my money back either!
So moral of the story they DO NOT deserve what ever they’re asking with their stike, they can properly manage only one boat! If you have a set time you have to be somewhere.. Go an other way!

我得去接我两岁的女儿,她六点钟就到了!所有家长都知道接孩子迟到的后果,我两点钟才到,结果还是迟到了!!都是因为索雷尔-特雷西渡轮公司!我提前到了,因为他们罢工,我知道我没法上船,所以得等下一班。他们也确实跟我说过,我也同意了,所以我等了一个半小时。当时只剩下四辆车了,我是第五个上船的。船终于来了,他们开始放比我们晚到的车上,结果最后我们也没位置了!工作人员说:“啊,这不是我的问题,上网去退款吧。”我说我没时间,我得去接我女儿,她六点就到了!现在因为他们,我迟到了。
我打电话给客服,他们说他们也无能为力,让我上网。我照做了。结果收到一封邮件,说他们也无能为力,我的钱也拿不回来了!
所以,这件事的教训是,他们罢工期间提出的任何要求都不配,他们连一艘船都管理不好!如果你有时间安排,就得去某个地方……那就走别的路吧!
