点评：Private tour booked on Tourhub. Great itinerary based on my interests. Very reasonable and well located hotels. Excellent guide/driver who did his best to accommodate me.
Transfers provided by other drivers (on the last day of my tour, since the above guide/driver could not continue due to an emergency, and to my next destination in Bali) were not as good, with drivers texting while driving and making unannounced stops to smoke or run personal errands.
One thing that could be improved is providing more detailed information about the Bromo and Ijen hikes: what to expect, what to bring, how to dress, etc. I got none prior to the tour, and very little during the tour. At some point I felt like I was pulling teeth ("Is it going to be cold at the top?", "Maybe"; "Should I bring my hiking pole?", "Maybe"). Sure there is some information online, but when paying for a private tour one expects to get this information from the tour company. It would also be in their best interest to avoid misunderstandings and unprepared clients.
