Brilliant!
Kendal Wall的点评
点评：We recently booked the Adventure Day with Kendal Climbing Wall/Lakeland Climbing Centre for our family, including our teenage daughters, as we've been climbing indoors for about a year and felt ready to make the transition to outdoor climbing.
From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. The booking process was straightforward, and I received an immediate call back from Kryse, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to discuss our family's experience, needs and expectations, which gave us confidence that we were in good hands.
On the day itself, we were greeted warmly and cheerfully by all the staff at the centre. Our guide, Andy, introduced himself, explained where we would be heading, and took the time to understand our abilities and what we wanted to get from the day.
The climbing experience was absolutely fantastic. We all had an amazing time, including our dog Tara, who enjoyed the adventure too! Andy was friendly, patient, encouraging and good-humoured throughout the day. He struck the perfect balance between helping us feel safe and giving us the confidence to push ourselves. Thanks to his guidance, every member of the family exceeded their own expectations and achieved far more than they thought possible.
A huge thank you to Andy and everyone at Kendal Climbing Wall for such a memorable experience. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better instructor or a better introduction to outdoor climbing.
10 out of 10. Thoroughly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!
