If you consign a vehicle here, expect aggressive fees and a sales approach that results in offensively low offers. The process feels designed to extract as much money as possible while undervaluing the vehicle at the point of sale.
On the service side, billing practices are troubling. Labor is charged at approximately $220 per hour, yet the quality does not reflect a premium rate. Work appears rushed, corners are cut, and the emphasis seems to be on volume rather than craftsmanship or long-term reliability.
Management presents a polished front and will tell you what you want to hear, but in practice, those promises do not align with outcomes. Service writers appear to be directed to upsell and maximize charges rather than prioritize the customer’s best interests.
Overall, this was a disappointing and costly experience. I would not recommend Atomic Motors for consignment or mechanical work to anyone. STAY AWAY
