Mediocre food and poor service at premium prices

点评：Disappointing dinner for my family. We were staying in the Suncadia resort and this seemed like a convenient location to have a nice dinner for my extended family of 12. My husband and I ordered the porterhouse steak to share. It comes as a slab of meat in a pan, no vegetables or sides, no presentation. It would have been helpful if the server or menu had indicated NO sides so we could have been prepared to order some. The steak was decent but the sauce was bland. We happened to order the truffle fries. The fries were good but no one could detect any truffle flavor. My mom ordered a starter salad and clam chowder. We had to remind them about the salad after all our entrees arrived. The salad finally came as we were finishing dinner, so we ended up just taking it home. We decided to try some desserts; there were about 5 choices, we ordered 3 of them. About 10 minutes after ordering, our server let us know only 1 of the 3 we had ordered were available. There were only about 4 other tables eating in the restaurant on a Wednesday evening, so it was pretty surprising. Our server seemed kind of spaced out. Other servers kept bringing entrees to our table we hadn't ordered and were confused when we let them know those weren't our orders. Overall, it was mediocre food with poor service at a premium price.
